Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES, however we do accept returns for a
store credit ONLY with clothing. We hope you love all your purchases from Lulu and Mag’s boutique, but understand things might not always work or fit as desired. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT only if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your items are no longer eligible for a return. Please include your packing slip in your return. It must contain your order number and all of your other information needed to process your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a email with your store credit. Items MUST be in perfect condition to be accepted for a return. NO makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. Tags must be attached.  All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. Including all discount codes and flash sales. Anything not purchased at full price is FINAL SALE.
